Payment Options

Online Payments

Register as a new user or sign-in to access your profile or make a one-time payment. If you are a new user and have a valid CPP account, sign up for your very own account. If you are paying online and your balance is over 30 days old, contact the Call Center at 216-664-4600 and report your payment to prevent disconnection of service.

Pay by Phone

You may pay your CPP bill by phone with your credit or debit card by calling 216-420-8000.

Pay by Mail

Pay your CPP bill by mail with your personal check or money order. When paying by mail remember to write your account number on the check and include the stub from your bill.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to process.
